ZCCUTTER ZCRB1014 is a professional all-in-one print and cut inline system specially developed for small-batch, multi-style and fast-delivery packaging customization. It integrates digital printing, material storage deviation correction and CNC cutting into one fully automatic production line.

Combined with BJD1302 dual-nozzle and BJD1304 four-nozzle digital printing units, the machine supports UV direct printing without coating, realizes high reduction of gold and silver cardboard, and delivers orders within 2.5 hours. With no plate making and no die cutting mold required, it perfectly solves traditional packaging pain points such as high MOQ, expensive mold cost, long production cycle and unprofitable small orders. Integrated System Composition

The whole line realizes fully automatic workflow: Roll feeding → Digital printing → Material buffering → CCD visual deviation correction → Precision cutting → Automatic collecting. One worker can manage the whole production, no manual transfer needed.

• Digital Printing Unit: Compatible with BJD1302 (6–12㎡/h) and BJD1304 (20–30㎡/h). Support CMYK, white ink and varnish, gold and silver card restoration over 95%, ΔE ≤1.5.

• Material Storage Unit: Equipped with air expansion shaft and closed-loop tension control, suitable for 1300mm width roll material, effectively preventing stretching and wrinkling.

• Deviation Correction Unit: CCD visual edge tracking, correction accuracy ≤0.05mm, ensures accurate overprinting.

• Main Cutting Unit: Working area 1000×1400mm, dual tool head with vibration knife and creasing wheel, supports full cut, crease, half cut and dotted line.
