Introduction

Can your cutting machine cut a full roll of fiberglass?

Our answer is always the same: YES!!! (And we say it out loud.)

This week, we spoke with two customers from different countries, each facing a unique cutting challenge.

The first was a customer from the United States who needed to cut full-roll fiberglass. Their material measured 50 inches wide, with a maximum roll weight of 1,200 kg—one of the heaviest fiberglass rolls we've handled.

The second was Mr. Nobi from the Philippines, who was looking for a solution to cut polycarbonate, ABS, and PVC foam board. His raw material sheets measured 1230 × 2450 mm, requiring both precision and production efficiency.

Recommended Cutting Solution

NOTE:

For the U.S. customer's fiberglass rolls, we also recommended an automatic unwinding stand (feeding rack), as shown in the video above. This ensures stable material feeding, improves cutting accuracy, and reduces manual handling.

If you need to cut roll materials, please let us know the following: Material width, Core (air shaft) inner diameter and Maximum roll weight.

With this information, we can customize the unwinding stand to match your production requirements.
