We need a 0606 model with a static table, because our workshop is quite small.

And one more thing — the Soric Core will be up to 10mm thick, and we’d like to cut it with a rotary knife.

These questions came from a customer in Sydney, Australia.

The customer found our official Instagram account and sent us a message with these very specific cutting requirements.

What client wants

After confirming the machine configuration and cutting requirements, the customer sent us the detailed specifications of the materials they wanted to cut.

We then prepared a quotation based on the customer's requirements.

But then…The customer thought our price was a little too high and decided to go with another supplier.

No deal this time.

But this inquiry was actually quite interesting to us.

ZCCUTTER mainly works with packaging materials on a daily basis — cardboard, corrugated board, honeycomb board, foam and other similar materials.

We can certainly cut materials such as fibreglass, automotive fabrics, carbon fibre and Soric Core, but we simply encounter these composite materials less often. So naturally, we have fewer existing test videos for them compared with packaging materials.

That’s why it was actually quite unexpected that this customer from Australia found ZCCUTTER specifically for these materials.
