I. Overview
As we all know, ZCCUTTER participated in the WEPACK exhibition in Shenzhen in April 2026.
At the exhibition, we showcased three machines in total: one printing machine and two cutting machines.
II. Machine Introduction
ZCRB1014 CCD Automatic digital cutting machine:
The printing machine and cutting machine work together to provide customers in the packaging and printing industry with an integrated printing and cutting solution for small-batch production.
But how do we achieve integrated printing and cutting?
First, place the cardboard on the feeding rack of the printing machine. The cardboard is automatically fed into the printer, while the printing parameters and ink colors are set and adjusted through the computer.
The printing machine then starts printing. Once printed, the cardboard is transferred through the feeding rack to the cutting machine’s working table, where the creasing wheels create the fold lines, followed by cutting with an oscillating knife.
The finished cartons are then easier to fold and assemble.

For this size, the printing and cutting process can usually be completed for 6 pieces in about 4 minutes.
Of course, if you don’t need the printing process, you can choose the cutting machine alone, which will significantly increase the cutting speed.

ZCRB1410 Three cutting heads digital cutting machine:
This is a three-tool-holder cutting machine, which means you can configure it with one oscillating knife, one creasing wheel, and one V-cutting blade. Alternatively, you can choose a configuration with one creasing wheel and two cutting blades.
This machine offers much more than just cutting. It can also perform creasing, V-cutting, and perforation, with the oscillating knife creating precise dotted-line cuts. It can handle materials up to 60 mm thick and is suitable for a wide range of applications, including rubber, cartons, cardboard, acrylic, sponge, foam, EPE foam, silicone, and more.
