A From requirement confirmation to solution design, it generally takes 3–7 business days. More complex solutions may take longer, but the delivery schedule will be confirmed with the customer in advance.
Q Our factory uses very special materials. Can the machine be customized?
A Yes. We will recommend suitable blades and cutting methods based on the material’s thickness, hardness, elasticity, etc., and provide sample testing to verify the solution.
