Dual-Head Reciprocating System
Tool configuration: Oscillating knife + creasing wheel / V-groove cutter with automatic tool switching; Max linear cutting speed: 1800mm/s.
It completes cutting, half-cut creasing, precise V-grooving and special-shaped grooving in one process. No shutdown for tool change or repositioning is required, improving the efficiency of complex processes by over 50%, perfectly matching multi-style, small-batch and fast R&D demands.
